Ribbon cutting ceremonies are a complimentary, exclusive benefit reserved entirely for current members of the Arkadelphia Alliance and Area Chamber of Commerce.
What We Bring to Your Celebration
- When you schedule a ceremony with us, we provide the ultimate promotional toolkit to kick off your milestone:
- We bring the official ceremonial big red ribbon and our giant scissors.
- We invite our Chamber Ambassadors, Board of Directors, local elected officials, and the general community to support you.
- We feature your event on our official community calendar, in our weekly newsletter, and promote it across our social media networks. Including pre-event texts sent to our subscribers.
- We capture photos of the big moment and share a post-event shout-out with the photography to celebrate your growth.
Tips for a Successful Event
- We typically recommend hosting your ceremony Tuesday through Thursday between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM. This timeframe makes it much easier for the community to attend.
- Please submit your request at least two to three weeks in advance so we can clear calendars and maximize promotion.
- Consider offering light refreshments, quick tours of your space, or a small door prize. It keeps attendees mingling and gives them an insider look at what you do!
