The Economic Development Corporation of Clark County (EDCCC) is a sales tax-supported organization established to plan, fund, and advance economic development initiatives that strengthen the local economy and promote the creation of new jobs.

The location for EDCCC meetings is the Fairfield Inn & Suites located at 258 Red Hill Road in Arkadelphia and the meeting time is 12PM unless otherwise specified.

EDCCC Agenda Policy:
The agenda for each EDCCC Board meeting shall be prepared by the CEO from items submitted by board members or any member of the public. All items shall be submitted in writing seven (7) days prior to the meeting. Any member of the public on the agenda will be allotted five minutes to speak. All items requested to be placed on the Board’s agenda shall include a summary page of the subject matter and justification for the item of business from the person making the request.
